AFCEA Dayton-Wright Chapter Strategic Plan 2010 - 2013 Complete

On behalf of the AFCEA Dayton-Wright Chapter Board of Directors, we are pleased to announce the completion of our Strategic Plan.

Thanks to our members who provided input into this effort. Many of you completed the online survey conducted last year that provided the foundation for understanding our Chapter's strengths and weaknesses. Your thoughts, insights and suggestions were captured and played a very important part in formulating our strategic priorities.

We will focus on five strategic priorities over the next four years. They are to (1) Foster Partnerships (2) Expand geographically and membership diversity (3) Broaden educational activities (4) Increase member participation and enhance leadership and (5) Take care of our members and volunteers.

Focusing on these strategic priorities will enable the Chapter to achieve our Mission and, more importantly, move towards our Vision of being the premier association for information technology, communications, intelligence and electronics professionals in industry, government and academia serving the Dayton/Wright Patterson region.

We hope that you will find some time in your busy schedules to read this eleven page Plan and perhaps, find some areas that are interest to you.

We welcome your comments and suggestions on how best to execute our strategic priorities.
