It’s the first day of summer. The sun is cresting on the horizon and the dew is drying on the grass as you step up to tee off on your first hole at one of the premier golf courses in Southern Ohio. Are you thinking about the great breakfast you just enjoyed? Are you looking forward to the catered lunch where you’ll regal friends and industry partners about the putt that was “this close?” Are you trying to imitate Mickelson’s winning swing from the recent Master’s? Or, be honest, are you looking forward to leaving the rest of your foursome in the dust by demonstrating some outstanding skills on the course?
Whether you’re out to compete or to just enjoy a day on the course, this is the event for you!
The 2010 AFCEA Golf Tournament
is set to Swing into Summer at the renown
NCR Country Club
in Kettering, Ohio, on
Monday, September 27th, 2010.
Check in and breakfast will begin at 0700.
Shotgun start will be promptly at 0830.
Awards lunch will follow the play.
Registration will take place through the Dayton-Wright Chapter of AFCEA’s Event Web site: http://dwgolfouting.eventbrite.com. Sponsor Registration will take place through the Dayton-Wright Chapter of AFCEA’s Event Web site:http://afcea2010sponsors.eventbrite.com. Registration will direct you to the payment page.
Player Fees
(includes breakfast, lunch, green fees, cart, drink/snack tickets)
$135/player (Industry)
$85/player (Current Military and Civil Servants ONLY)
$540/team (Industry)
$340/team (ALL team members must be current military and/or Civil Servants)
Payment for individual and team registrations can be made by
either credit card or check.
We encourage members to pay by check to avoid credit card fees **
** Since AFCEA is a non-profit organization and we want to maximize funds for our education and scholarship programs, the fee for processing your payment by credit card will be included in the charge to your credit card.

SPONSOR NOTES


We are also soliciting contributions for prizes to be awarded to event participants. We would appreciate receiving your donated item(s) in one of the following forms:
• Gift items valued at $50-$399 to be awarded as door prizes
• Gift items valued at $400 or more will be part of an optional paid raffle with winners selected at the end of the outing.
• At least 180 novelty items (e.g. Golf Balls, Tee Kits, Divot Tools, etc.) to be included with the give-away item presented to each participant at registration (Note: If you want to donate these types of items, but don’t want to provide 180, let us know and we’ll see if we can partner you with another company of similar mind.)

Prize donors have two (2) opportunities to be recognized for support of the event: 1) your name/company will appear in the program and 2) it will be announced as your donation is awarded during the golf event luncheon.

You can sign up complete teams or individual participants for a partial team. AFCEA will only do pairings for partial teams to complete a foursome.
